We were really impressed with our entire stay. The price was excellent for a break during school holidays. It was great for children - child friendly staff, room, restaurant and resident witch! I will definately recommend it to freinds with children.

Very friendly greeting and atmosphere, everything was clean and very tidy. We requested an early check in and the room was ready and no problem to the hotel

Hotel Very Good & Clean, Free Wi-Fi useful as there is no mobile signal on O2 or Vodafone.
Very poor breakfast option, Hot breakfast was far from hot. I would suggest you try the Pub over the road for eating.

Reasonably priced, - easy access and parking, - friendly and helpfui staff. - clean and tidy, - adequate facilities.
Not impressed by bar area customer furnishings and comfort. A couple of seating benches for the convenience of the disabled, outside the hotel entrance area, would have been appreciated.

Inexpensive
Cheap construction, poor noise insulation between rooms. Restaurant not adult friendly - slow, disorganized service, coffee was cold. Food was ok.

I booked the room for a very good price, that was nice. The staff ( most ) were friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and served promptly. Plenty of free parking. My room was large, clean, and comfortable and very basic.
The internet service was terrible. I booked the room so I could work online over the weekend and that did not happen because of the poor internet connection and eventually, lack of any service. This is a family hotel. If you wish to have peace and quiet, do not stay here. There are children running ( unattended ) up and down the halls. You can also easily hear people walking ( and running , and jumping ) in their rooms above you as the floors are very thin. I would stay here again as a last choice. The young lady in charge at the front desk was not the friendliest person in the world. All other staff in the hotel and restaurant were wonderful.

This is a really nice place, everything is clean and new. bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The price I paid for the room amde it an exceptioanl value for the money. Attached restaurant was very convenient, the food was good. Plenty of safe, free parking in front made it easy. Also they have a modern lift as well.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was superb for the caves and for our onward journey to Cornwall. In the evening there was very little to do other than visit the local pub which was also very friendly. The free wi-fi was a big bonus for my son who never leaves home without his ipad ! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Thank you
The only slight negative comment was the breakfast. Although once we got the food it was very nice we did have a long wait. The lady serving the food was very abrupt and seemed surprised at the amount of customers, strange when it was good friday ! My daughter asked for the continental breakfast but everything she asked for they seemed to have 'run out of' ! The restaurant was more school canteen than restaurant !

I liked the fact that it was on the doorstep to the attraction that my son and I wanted to visit it made it feel a whole package. Extremely convenient and very welcoming. I would definitely go again.
